Set Apart Pixel is a freelance software and product design studio. The Site is a portfolio and point of contact for potential clients. Visiting the Site does not create any contractual relationship between you and Set Apart Pixel. A formal contract is only established when both parties have signed a separate written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to design systems, source code, visual aesthetics, copy, logos, case studies, and imagery — is the exclusive intellectual property of Set Apart Pixel or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without our prior written permission. Portfolio screenshots and project descriptions are published solely to demonstrate work and must not be repurposed or misrepresented.

4. Contact Form & Communications

By submitting our contact form you authorise us to review your enquiry and respond via your provided email address. Submitting the form does not create a contract, guarantee a project engagement, or constitute acceptance of any proposal.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry without providing a reason. Unsolicited commercial messages or spam submitted through our forms may be reported.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails from Set Apart Pixel covering topics such as software development, design, and technology. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. We will not send unsolicited commercial emails or share your address with third-party marketers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Set Apart Pixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with the Site shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Instead, that provision shall be modified or deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you andSet Apart Pixel regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
